Get the Feeling…

I hired a professional recording studio and created these movement meditation audios because I wanted, in effect, to be right there beside you, leading you through the exercises. I wanted you to put the book down and be guided effortlessly into a state of “Presence.”

It’s often difficult on our own to find this illusive thing called presence.  It’s hard to know what it is.  It’s intangible.  It’s easy to miss.  But it’s crucial.

Getting this experience is the most important first step on your path. These audios will make it easier.

Click these links (audio #1, audio #2, and audio #3) to download the movement meditations that go with the Mentastics Mantra exercises.  Or, if you want to save them to your hardrive, right click the links and choose “Save to Target”.  Or, if you’re on a Mac, choose “Download Linked File As…” or “Open in I-Tunes.”

Thoughts?  Questions?  Please post your comments below and I’ll reply personally.

Love and light,

Audrey Mairi  (Author of Pathway to Presence and Trager for Self-Healing)

Some years ago I had a spontaneous kundalini rising as a result of workshops I attended. This was followed by some very difficult years physically, emotionallly etc….I’m mostly okay now..sing in a choir in edmonton and take singing lessons and piano lessons…..singing has been helpful to my process. Have done a little Alexander work. I’m drawn to your work and would consider taking your introductory workshop…..but, have reluctance re workshop experiences given previous experience as above. Do you know about kundalini and what can happen as a result of the rude awakening of same. Would like to hear from you. Thanks.

    Hi Jaclyn,
It sounds like you experienced a rude awakening! I’m glad that you find singing helps. I sing with a choir also and love the harmony it brings to my body/mind.

I do know what Kundalini energy is however, I am not an expert when it comes to how and when this powerful energy is released.

What I do know from my own disruptive, uncomfortable past experiences is that, using the simple but profound Mentastics® tools to stay present that I outline in my complimentary section of “Pathway to Presence,” helped me to ground my energy in the here and now, changing its focus so I could observe the stormy seas of my emotions and choose a more productive outcome.

The rest of my book and CD, by the way, give you the coping strategies I found invaluable when mental/physical/emotional hurdles block your path to well being.

My Trager introductory workshop centers on playing with the Trager principles and is hands on, meaning you will touch and be touched in a gentle Trager like way. This might loosen holding patterns. If it does, you will learn to connect to your most stable self and therefore comfortably regulate the release. I am giving one in Winnipeg on Sept. 10-11 and in Victoria Oct. 1-2.

My other class, “The Power of Presence” emphasizes personal growth, connecting to your energetic source, rather than Trager principles. You will learn, over 2 ½ days, to access your personal power in a safe, gentle, and real way. (I am giving this class in Victoria on Oct. 28 – 30.

I hope this has been helpful. I look forward to sharing more with you.

    Love and light, Audrey

  3. Hi! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established
blog. Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where
to begin. Do you have any points or suggestions?
    Thank you

  6. Hey, that’s a clever way of thinking about it.

  7. I told my grandmother how you helped. She said, “bake them a cake!”

  8. That’s really thinking out of the box. Thanks!

  9. “I must say I disagree with those who think that it was “his decision” and it was “his body” because there is something much more important at stake here”No.You don’t get to ‘disagree’. It was his life, body, and decision. There was *nothing* more at at stake here. YOU don’t get to decide how a man lives or dies.

  10. Thanks , I’ve just been looking for information about this subject for a long time and yours is the best I’ve discovered so far. However, what about the conclusion? Are you sure concerning the supply?
